The Details

Basic Plan updates are performed once a month. Plus and Deluxe Plans update twice a month. Security updates are performed as soon as possible.

At this time, those are the only types of websites we service. Since the majority of websites are now built on the WordPress platform, chances are yours is too.

If your website is not built with WordPress, it is probably time for a new website. No worries there either. Our business is designing and developing websites and we would love to rebuild yours using WordPress.

Our website maintenance plans are for sites we have built or re-designed. However, if you do not have a current maintenance plan we will be happy to evaluate your website for any issues that might need to be repaired or improved upon and see if maintaining your site is a fit for both of us. Our website evaluations start at $500.

Our monthly consultations are perfect for generating new marketing ideas or training. We can focus on content, social media strategies, or any digital marketing plans. Our consultations are via phone or video call. We sometimes use the consulting time utilizing screen sharing to help with training or updates.

Any additional consulting time is billed at a reduced rate for our maintenance plan clients. It is billed at $120 per hour.

Simple answer is no. Your monthly consulting time is reserved for you each month and keeps a place in our calendar for consultations. The time does not rollover to the next month.

While we cannot guarantee that your website will never be hacked, we hope to prevent anything bad from happening. Performing regular maintenance as well as solid security practices minimizes your risk.

In the case that your website does go down, we will be there to guide you through communicating with your web hosting company. We can also help by providing the backup copies of your site.

To keep your site updated, backed up, and secure without any gaps in time, we set up recurring payments to be automatically billed to your credit or debit card once a month.

We understand needs and financial situations change and we do not believe in locking our clients in any long-term contracts. All we require is the first 2 months payments to be made. You are free to cancel anytime after those payments are made. This helps pay for the set up of your plan and any work completed.
